Plot a generated 3D PCA scores plot in RStudio

met.print_PCA3DScore opens a new graphics device to show the generated 3D PCA score plot.

Usage

met.print_PCA3DScore(mSetObj = NA)

Arguments

mSetObj

Input name of the created mSet object. Data container after met.plot_PCA3DScore.

Value

A 3D scatter plot. To close the graphics device, execute rgl::close3d().
